Silta Oy's headhunting service covers the entire recruitment process from needs assessment to the selection of successful candidates. We know how to source the best talent – including individuals who are not active job-seekers. The process lasts for approximately two months. We also offer a guarantee for all successful candidates selected by means of headhunting. If the employment ends within 6–12 months of commencement, we will find a new candidate at no further fee.
