Silta Oy has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Passion for Payroll Stockholm AB, a Swedish company specializing in payroll services with annual revenue of approximately EUR 2 million. The company employs around 20 people and serves a client base ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises to large corporations. In this transaction, Silta will acquire 80% of Passion for Payroll's share capital. The acquisition will be settled primarily in cash, with a portion paid in shares of Administer Oyj*.
The deal strengthens Silta's position in the Swedish market and supports the company's growth across the Nordic region. Silta already operates a subsidiary in Tallinn, Estonia, and the new Stockholm subsidiary will further expand its Nordic presence. The acquisition also enhances Silta's ability to serve its clients more comprehensively across borders. Silta is Finland's largest provider of payroll calculation services.
